Mobile Marketing is another version of digital marketing that mainly focuses on reaching and engaging with targeted audiences through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Many people in this world have smart devices these days, and they use them for different activities such as browsing the internet, engaging with social media platforms, or shopping online. Businesses have recognised that in order to boost the engagement rate, they have to enter the mobile marketing industry too in order to promote their services or products. Mobile Marketing has various methods to be employed, and for today’s blog, I’ll be sharing some strategies and key methods to deliver means to engaging with mobile customers.

Businesses could create mobile apps, as it would allow them to engage with users through their dedicated platform and offer unique promotions or a dedicated chatbot. Along with other features such as push notifications, in-app advertisements, and exclusive deals.

By designing a website that could be viewed in both monitor and handphone mode, it ensures a user-friendly and seamless experience for users on their mobile devices. This would allow users to feel more engaged and comfortable scrolling through the website, which would lead to a higher purchasing rate.

By having consent to the user’s location on their mobile, it gathers data around their surroundings to recommend services such as a physical store, restaurant, salon, etc. Businesses could also send time-sensitive offers using geotargeted advertisements. This would have a higher engagement rate as the users are in that area, and they will be likely to visit the recommended places.
